Tues Feb 23	What is OD? I work in OD. How do I explain what I do? How many times have you pondered how to respond?	Our first event of 2010 starts with this perennial question! Come and join colleagues as we connect, share and grow our picture of our field of endeavour and our ability to communicate what the heck we do - and why! Do come along, we‘d love to see you!
Wed Mar 31	Consulting and me... A critical relationship for both client and consultant - some what, whys and hows	Explore the phases and differing roles of a consulting relationship the way Gordon & Ron Lippet, often considered the ‘grandfathers' of OD consulting describe it. Whether you're a consultant in or external to an organisation, or a client looking for consulting services, you'll find a quite a few gems here! Look out for our very special guest!
Tues April 27	Just when you thought you knew all about OD thinking and practice...! Toolshed time	The ever popular Toolshed returns for 2010. This time we'll go in-depth with a particular approach. Join us for a hands-on night of exploration, learning and fun.
Wed May 26	Loyalty and belonging...who needs it? Does today's workplace build belonging? Does today's workforce want it?	Come and join our Panel of talented contributors ready and willing to explore this question. What do we need to be productive and effective? What assumptions do we make about what's helpful? Scintillating conversation - prepare to be stimulated and challenged!
Tues June 29	Blooming growth! So much for the financial crisis... A case study	What happens when rapid growth and expansion occur for an organisation? What are the unique demands and challenges this brings? How can OD thinking and practice help? Join us as we explore a real live case study of this very experience.
Wed, July 28	How to have conversations that matter Simple steps for having conversations that count.	How often do we shy away from the conversations we really need to have? Come and join your ODA colleagues as we try on the simple steps that make sure our conversations matter.
Tues, August 24 - 25	ODA's 6th Annual Conference How to Connect, Share and Grow with other leading professionals.	Enjoy a mid-winter retreat by the seaside at St Kilda. Join Dr. Mike Faris, our key note presenter, many special guests and ODA colleagues for two days of refreshing learning time out for you!
Wed, September 29	Tackling youth homelessness - creating a culture within shared accommodation for young people The role of Organisation Development	All the usual official stuff: reports, nominations/new committee. Watch this space for news of a riveting guest speaker.
Tues, October 26	2010 - It's a wrap... How do you bring a year to a close?	With the help of ODA's leadership group - that's how! Join the end of year festivities and bring your unique perspective to ODA's strategic planning for the new year.

Note: We vary our meeting days and dates to give people who have a regular commitment a chance to attend at least some meetings.

Meeting commences at 6:00pm for 6:30pm start concluding at 8:30pm Refreshments are provided.
